Heritage meat spot that also has gourmet prepared frozen food. I highly suggest the smoked breakfast sausage. Elite quality.
Fantastic quality, great and knowledge staff, a fantastic addition to our community! Also, the best cheddar brats out there, and the breakfast sausages are just as delicious. They have great ideas for any occasion, from the formal dinner to the camping cookout! ** Just had to add, the brined turkey we ordered for Thanksgiving turned out absolutely fantastic!!! Once again, great job!!
Product is always high quality but special orders leave something to be desired. Have now had two special orders that were either not ready on time and/ or not what I asked for. For the prices they charge these should be correct 100% of the time.

One of my "me" places. What is it about a good butcher shop that I find so restorative!? I love going here, talking to the wonderful people,and smelling the WONDERFUL smells! These guys can do everything! And I absolutely love the super high grade Tre Foglia balsamic vinegar! Yum, yum, yum!
