Hoffs is not a repair shop anymore...
This place is the worse towing services in the Berkshires. I had my truck towed from the Monro mufflers to my home residence. The driver didn’t back it up off the ramp completely. Instead he backed it up partially and then started reeling the ramp in which then my front end completely dropped to the ground from two feet in the air. Which almost caused my truck to tip over. Can’t recommend this place enough. Glenn is genuinely one of the most positive and helpful people and a dream to work with. He got us out of a real jam in a very timely manner.
I had an issue with my car not starting and didn’t want to wait around for AAA, so I reached out to Glen at Hoff’s based on a friend’s recommendation. He responded promptly and was ready to come help right away.
