Ended up with a flat tire, called AAA and Hoff’s was dispatched to my location. Glenn, the driver that was working that day, came to my rescue like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Great communication, familiar with the area in terms of where my car was located in the shopping center, and most importantly THE BEST POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
