I was new to Hcktstown, one fine morning engine light comes on and did not know which mechanic to go to. Read reviews and deiced to try out Hoffs. Just been there once and so far liked the level of service and professionalism they showed and their costs are very competitive too.Will definitely go back to Hoffs for my whatever my Audi needs.
Just came back from Hoffs today and I got to say, this is a refreshing change from the usual repair shops! They have a great drop off service for local people but if you are not local, just ask them to drop you of at Panera. I was able to work on the internet and have lunch while they worked on my car. Being relatively new to this area, I was happy to find this garage. From reading their website and spending a couple hours there, I can see this is a friendly, courteous, and customer service orientated family owned business. They offered me the option of waiting or providing me a ride home. I chose to stay in their waiting area where they provided coffee, tea and a television.
