I took my 2019 F250 in for transmission service and the tech did an excellent job, getting me out in under 1.5 hours! Ronnie and Haley in the service department are great and the waiting room is very comfortable. I highly recommend Hoffpauir!
The service department was really good when I first used them (2021-24), but then I had a couple of experiences that made me want to never go back. I took my wife’s car in for a problem, was charged a lot of money and the problem wasn’t fixed. I drove to Lampasis to have my Explorer serviced rather than the Ford dealership in Marble Falls, Texas. What a pleasant surprise. I should have gone to Hauffpauir Ford years ago. The service was fantastic. The waiting area was very quiet and clean. From now on, Haffpauir Ford will get all my business from service to purchasing a new Ford product.
