Always a good experience with service dept. Haley does a great job keeping me informed and it never takes too long! Great customer service from Rick and his team.
I've always trusted Hoffpauir to give me excellent service on my Ford. I really like that they have gone to appointments now. It took about an hour, "The Works" a full service oil change, tire rotation ect... staff was very friendly and courteous. Thank you!
Had a great experience with Justin. Got a truck at a fair price and even got a complimentary ride from the airport. I'll echo what others have said about the service department. The TPMS sensors were all supposedly replaced with new before I left. After a 4 hour drive home, the light was still on. Had a Discount Tire check them out, and apparently none of them were replaced, one even having a low battery. But Justin made it right, paying for the replacement by Discount Tire.
I took my 2019 F250 in for transmission service and the tech did an excellent job, getting me out in under 1.5 hours! Ronnie and Haley in the service department are great and the waiting room is very comfortable. I highly recommend Hoffpauir!
