Let me first say the people are great and have had great experience in the past, but my truck 2021 f150 had been in 3 different times for same transmission issue, only for them to reprogram the adaptive learning and give it back. when scheduled a 4th time was givin the brush off. So I took it to Killeen Ford and with in 24 hrs. They had approval from Ford and the transmission fully disassembled and sent me a complete video of the process and known problems. Hoffpauir Ford Service Department made it very clear they don’t take women seriously nor do they treat their Customers with respect. From the moment we contacted them for scheduling, to walking in the doors, it was embarrassing. There was a female employee sprawled out ON the floor, and the other Service “Advisor” was like a ‘deer in the headlights’ the entire time we were speaking.
