Called them at noon. Arrived at my home at 3pm. Repaired broken flange on my toilet. Did some modifications. Excellent job well done.
We have had excellent service with Jayden in particular Eduardo's support and consultation over the course of purchase and installation of a new heating and cooling system. Most recently Ricky has provided professional competent service and constation in regards to our new thermostat. Patient and determined to resolve an issue we were having while assisting us to understand the technology. Thanks so much!
Under no circumstances use this company for any repairs or new installations. I had them to install new appliances running dedicated wiring which was not done to my satisfaction. I hired another technician to fix some of their so called workmanship six months later. Jayden's manager paid me a visit when I called to complain and admitted the work was not completed properly and offered no reimbursement or apology to this day. There are far better professionals out there!
I was looking for someone in the Bayfield area and reviews for Jayden’s were positive. They have installed a furnace and have repaired some plumbing issues for my property. The response was prompt and I was comfortable with their prices. I am from out of town and couldn’t be there while the job was being done. They are good with communication so I was informed from start to finish. I really liked that when I had a question and emailed, Jayden’s called me back within 24hrs.
