I have used Hoffman WaterXscapes for a few years and it started ok. They were responsible for maintaining my pond but when my koi started dying it became my fault according to them. They suggested expensive modifications to the pond but all the koi died anyway. I had the open up the pond this spring and clean and was told the rate was $120. When I got the bill they charged me close to $300. When talking to the owner, he said there were 3 guys there and they had to remove mulch that was in the pond.
