I don't post reviews unless I'm really moved one way or another. That being said, the experience I've had with this shop makes it hard for me to sleep at night. Phil, the owner is nothing but a smooth talking liar. His shop represents the LOWEST of customer service, workmanship, and quality. 3 months ago, as an otr driver, I broke down less than a mile from his shop. Don't look for "customer service" here, there's none to be found. They're a business for money and that's all. If you want to retrieve your stuff from them, they list falsified hours on Google, tell you to find the right website (they don't have one, at least not public-facing) to get their "real hours," and then charge you money "per the state police regulations" to come and get it. They're not open on Sundays. They will, however, tow a car.
Had a great talk with Phil Hoffman, they have doing Heavy Duty Truck repairs for a long time!
