Last time we used this company for our central air fuse. They replaced the fuse but installed it upside down. Obviously the central air was still not working and he said we would have to replace the entire unit. Someone would be calling me with the options/price quotes and to schedule the return trip to install. After a few days I called them to check on everything. No one knew who I was or anything about replacement order with installation. She said it would take a few days to get the quotes and call me back for scheduling.... read more
