TL;DR Great furniture, quality stuff. Bad customer experience. Do not recommend. Excellent quality furniture. Horrible customer service post sale. Was told by the salesperson that if we had any issues to just contact Hoffmans and they would be able to assist. Specifically mentioned that we would be moving g soon and had concerns about disassembly and reassembling the sectional.
