I spent 1,400.00 on a table that was supposed to come in a box, I purchased on 11/09 and was told the table and chairs would be brand new in the box and available for pick up on 11/15, I wanted to ensure they were going to be boxed as I was putting in a storage unit. Called the store on Tuesday the 16th to learn that the table was not yet available and was told it would be there on Friday the 19th. We purchased a couch, recliner and loveseat from Hoffmans in Moore. They were very expensive leather and we were assured they were high quality. well, a year later the finish has completely faded away from a dark brown to a light tan color. I talked with their customer service and got no where... Actually they handed me a card for a leather restorer! They must have this problem frequently!
