Very professional, courteous, will explain everything in details as to what he is doing before doing the work. Highly recommend.
I was very nervous after the initial consultation, I was told by Dr. Hoffman that he will have to remove bone to make space for the tooth to come down. I postponed the surgery for about 5 months, finally made an appointment last week and had the procedure done on Thursday noon-ish. The nurse answered all my questions and explain what each machine did. I was fully sedated, once I came to, the nurse was so gentle and cared of how I felt. From the first call this is a top notch organization. I would highly recommend Dr Hoffman and his staff. I have never had a cavity or any dental work In my life so I was not excited about this process with a creaked tooth. I have only heard horror stories form everybody. The Dr got straight to the point and went into surgery asap. I have never had any pain like this before and was pleasantly surprised to wake up 90% better. I didn't even have to take to crazy pain meds.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hoffmann. She had a bit of a complicated case with a nerves that were intertwine with the roots of the teeth. He showed us on the CT where the challenge was. With Masterful skill Dr. Hoffmann was able to remove the each one without causing nerve damage or excessive trauma to the gum. Dr. Hoffmann did an amazing job reviewing the procedure and left no question unanswered. I do not believe there is a better Oral Surgeon out there.
