I had an extraction done yesterday and wanted to compliment Dr. Hoffmann on a job well done. He is very personable and took the time to explain things, was gentle and the actual procedure was over in a few minutes with no real pain. All the office staff were very helpful with particular mention for Emma who was exceptionally nice. Thank you all for a great experience.
Dr. Hoffmann removed my wisdom teeth, and I am so thankful for the wonderful care I received. I had many concerns going into the procedure, but he patiently answered all of my questions and helped put me at ease. Both Dr. Hoffmann and his staff made sure I was comfortable, reassured me throughout, and were very mindful of my anxiety. The office is clean and welcoming, and Dr. Hoffmann himself is not only highly skilled but also kind and honest. I truly appreciate his care and expertise and would highly recommend him.
Last week I had an emergency when a bone spur in my jaw became infected, which started swelling and impacting my ability to eat, drink, and talk. I was understandably desperate for help and extremely anxious that I wouldn't find an oral surgeon who was available to help me immediately. Emma from the front desk had compassion on me and allowed me to come in SAME DAY, then Dr. Hoffman diagnosed my issue and performed an emergency procedure to remove the bone spur on the SAME DAY. Very professional, courteous, will explain everything in details as to what he is doing before doing the work. Highly recommend.
I was very nervous after the initial consultation, I was told by Dr. Hoffman that he will have to remove bone to make space for the tooth to come down. I postponed the surgery for about 5 months, finally made an appointment last week and had the procedure done on Thursday noon-ish. The nurse answered all my questions and explain what each machine did. I was fully sedated, once I came to, the nurse was so gentle and cared of how I felt.
