We purchased an Acura TSX and a week after purchase, the car wouldn't start. Both Jon Pighetti and Ray Ortiz were very accommodating in helping us figure out what was wrong. Turned out we left the interior light on and it was totally my fault but Jon took care of us without any scrutiny or judgment. Can't say enough about the service received even after purchase, which is extremely important to me...very professional, helpful, and generous with their time! Shopping for my vehicle began a week ago. I thought it was a good time for a trade-in and I had a small window of time to cram research, test drives, and other negotiations. I will not name other dealerships, but I had issues with at least 3-5 others. Hoffman UCS has saved me more than once! The dealership is well stocked, clean and inviting. The staff doesn't swoop down on you the second you get on the lot, but you can be sure that you will get incredible service once you meet. Hoffman got me the financing I needed, and into a vehicle that was perfect for me. Considering I needed a car immediately, they were even more accommodating.
