As I stated in many reviews, I strongly believe the Toyota Service Department at Hoffman is excellent! I’ve gotten to know many of the technicians throughout the years and their work is fabulous. I’ve never had a problem with service. End to end terrific service. From welcome, wait time, explanation of services performed and close of the service appt. Refreshing. My first one with this dealership as the car is new and better experience than I had at previous dealership.
