I am disappointed with my service experience. I brought my vehicle in multiple times because the check engine light was on. I approved and paid for the recommended repair, but the issue was not fully resolved, and the check engine light came back on again. I had to return multiple times before the main problem was finally addressed. In addition, unnecessary maintenance items were included, and additional repairs totaling around $2,300 were recommended, while the repair that actually addressed the main issue was under $500. ... read more
Tim Li Tim_Li@sftoyota.com he proved to be a seasoned salesman. With no nonsense. He followed thru on all of his promises including fueling the tank :-) we used a government program and he wallows us thru and made it less stress. Also kindly taught us how to use the Toyota Mirai technology. I would recommend him.
I highly recommend buying a car from Ali Sephora! He calmly answered all of my questions (even after the sale!) and helped me to work out some logistics and I never felt the pressure to buy that I have felt with other dealers.

My daughter (19) purchased her first vehicle in January and scheduled her first service appointment (oil change) in April at Paul Miller Service Center. Two weeks following the appointment the engine light came on and the car began overheating. This was very uncharacteristic for a newer Toyota with low mileage.
