Highly disappointed on the phone conversation with the receptionist here, been looking for a new PCP with the insurance that I have and finally found one in network to be told best of luck on finding someone cause they are not accepting new patients, I get it but come on a little compassion or help is always appreciated.
Dr. Hoffman is, in my opinion, an amazing person & Dr. Even though I'm personally not her patient, when I take my family members who are her patients, she inquires into my life & some extremely basic medical questions (i.e. how have you been, is there anything going on with you that would effect [name])
