I don’t know if Danielle is still there or not, or if it’s the same management, but they royally screwed me over. The only reason I’m posting now is because I keep finding more stuff they’ve messed up and hearing more testimony about how terrible this company is. I’m shocked at the reviews truthfully. I know multiple other people who had horrible experiences. Less than 4 months after picking my car up from here, after they held it for about 1 1/2 months, my grille fell out. Hoffman’s is great did a really good job on my truck very detail oriented good people all the way around
We picked up the car and l thought it was brand new. The employees were very friendly and helpful during the entire experience. Danielle was always there to answer questions and the technicians did a wonderful job.
