Terrible! Five calls asking for a return call for a recall and never anyone available. This on top of a terrible purchasing experience with a new Z, hidden fees, no itemized sales receipt after many requests for one. Very disappointing!!!
Very attentive and great communication on what is going on.
In and out as expected. Tyler the service manager was super friendly and helpful. Rich, the mechanic was willing to talk to me about questions I had. Kait was friendly and helpful. Great expert.
I give a well deserved 5 stars to Hoffman Service. They always provide professional service. The entire staff does their best at all times!
