Our service update recall visit on March 10, 2025 for our Lexus 350RX went very smoothly. Austin, our service consultant, explained in detail what was expected to happen during our visit. He also kept us up to date on the progress during the visit. We were comfortable during our wait and were very happy to leave with our beautifully washed car, sparkling as if brand new! Thank you to Austin and Hoffman Lexus Service Center!

I like this place, very welcoming. Waiting area very comfortable. Staff are excellent. But two people that went above and beyond for me. Josh Hoffman and Emmerson Corbin. Not saying nobody else hasn’t but when I had minor issues they both made me feel important. And helped me the best way possible. Emmerson Corbin excellent person to have as a sales rep. If he had a person way you can rate him, he would get 5’s all across the board. Good guy to chat with also outside of selling you a car. Forgot to mention one other employee... read more
