Very unprofessional experience. I approached a Hoffman Sprinkler employee doing work across the street to ask a quick question about repairing a cracked PVC line. I wasn’t asking for work on the spot—just a quick estimate or at least a contact number. Instead, I was abruptly told “no” because he had other appointments.
