Very disappointing experience. The staff came across as unfriendly and dismissive, and once it seemed like I wasn’t going to be a paying client, the tone shifted noticeably. Basic courtesy and professionalism were lacking. For a firm that presents itself as a “family law” practice, I expected a higher level of empathy, respect, and diligence. That should be your “bread”

If I could, I would give Hoffman Law 10 stars. I cannot say enough good things about the entire law firm, and especially about Jane Hoffman. I had several lawyers before I was fortunate enough to retain Jane Hoffman. I experienced a lot of financial and litigation abuse prior to this. Charging for countless emails when she wants money, send provocative replies to opposite lawyer to get responses and send further emails to them which are irrelevant for your case but excessively invoice your trust account. Think before you regret
