Brought my diamond ring to be repaired. A loose center diamond and a broken prong. I was quoted $900. When the ring did come back, the diamond was still loose! Sent it back again and waited again. When I got it back everything seemed fine. Less than 3 months later, a tiny diamond on the side fell out! Went back and had to pay again to have it repaired. Now, a year later and my diamond is loose in its setting again! Might be a good store to buy jewelry in. But don’t recommend for having jewelry fixed! They send everything out... read more
