After having less than desirable experiences with other certified Honda dealership service centers I went to the next one in my region to try them out with a basic oil change. I made an appointment with Hoffman Honda, and upon arrival, was recieved relatively quickly with friendly people. The oil change took an average amount of time as well, however, the extra courtesies dealerships typically provide were all done, which cannot be said about any other dealerships I've been to.
