Heidi was my PCP for several years. The positive is she almost always had appointments available within a week of when you need them. However, I would not recommended her to any of my friends. She consistently dismissed my concerns as “just anxiety”, rushed appointments, and once chastised me for crying during an appointment because I was frustrated. Heidi truly listens to her clients. I always leave feeling heard and I genuinely feel like I can be honest with her about any conditions. I've never had a PCP who is as good at caring and building rapport and communicating that as her. I cannot say enough good about her as a clinician.
