Our Tech was excellent. Cleaned the coil as part of the tune up and provided pictures of the coil after cleaning, as well as other pictures of the air handler and the compressor. Very thorough, was here nearly an hour. After this experience, Hoffman will be the only A/C contractor to work on our system. And the pricing is fair.
