I took my dog to be kenneled here and when we brought him home he wasnt the only one that came back as fleas were along with him. When I called to let them know of our problems since returning home (which was not just limited to fleas) I was treated with a very quick & short response which was rude considering they are in the customer service business of taking care of my pet and making me feel comfortable with leaving my four legged family member in their care. I dont know that I will be taking him back for future visits.

Hoffman Haus is the BEST!!!! Thats what i say and that is what my dog says!! The owner is AWESOME, the groomer is fantastic and the staff friendly and caring. My dog loves it when we go on vacation so he can have his vacation too!!, Walks in the woods, play time, ice cream parties and nighttime chats with his buddies! When he is there i know he is safe and happy..Hoffman Haus is Number 1 !!
The best in the area!!!I took my difficult terrier there to be groomed. The groomer was so gentle, it was the frist time no muzzel was used. Not only is she great with dogs, but the haircut was outstanding. I highly recomend Hoffman Haus.
