Always professional, friendly and compassionate for the family funerals held at Hoffman's.
Never been here but I’ve heard a few things that disgusted me. I don’t think people pay attention to some of the reviews because Barbra has gave herself positive reviews..and there’s some one star ratings. Idk why she would feel the need to do that unless she’s covering something up. Maybe nothing to a horrible extent but idk I don’t trust self reviews
I was extremely disgusted by the unprofessional, lack of empathy and lack of compassion I experienced with Barbara Hoffman. I was asked to sign paperwork to consent to cremation for a parent that was never in my life along with his children that were never in my life. I was pressured by Barbara Hoffman to sign paperwork that I didn't agree with. She literally told me in a sarcastic manner "I can't keep begging you", and proceeded to attempt to guilt me into signing by saying I would be holding up his family's plan for servic... read more
