Had recall work done on my car, in and out in less than an hour. Very nice lounge to wait in with an awesome free coffee machine that was over the top. Thank you Hoffman for the 5 star experience.

So made appt for 2 recalls. Appt. Was made 12 days in advance. They refused a loaner or a shuttle as their driver has " unpredictable " hours. Drop car off.Monday, finally found someone to give keys to. That person actually offers to take me home instead of me paying for Uber. Next day.. get a call. Parts not in. Can't order part until car is in shop. Next day , part not in until friday. Friday no pay until maybe early next week.
