Excellent experience. Polite, friendly, skilled staff. Dakota was terrific and kept me up to date via text and called when there was an unanticipated delay Service was very reasonably priced and my SUV was delivered sparkling clean! Thank you team! I am a very happy customer.
Didn’t have needed parts and too expensive
The service is great, Tyler was very helpful for the time i spent with him. I expected to be at Hoffman for most of the morning during to the work that they were doing. New breaks and some filters and fluids, so 3 and 1/2 hours wasn't expected. What wasn't expected was the price for the parts and labor, $800+. Hoffman Ford waiting room is comfortable, but i feel they should.have T/V feed showing the mechanic your paying working on your car.
