From being able to track your driver, to videos of your car inspection, to speaking with your account manager which was Tyler, service was understood and easily managed. All personalities were pleasant to deal with. Great job!
It was my experience with a previous vehicle that had me decide to come back to Hoffman Ford to service my new Bronco. My experience with Michael, the service coordinator, further confirmed that I had made the correct decision by returning. Michael as well as Noelle reinforce the customer service attitude which is difficult to find in today's world. I thank them, and feel confident I will return throughout the life of the vehicle.
Zack and the service team were very professional and did the work efficiently and got me back on the road same day. They don’t push service that wasn’t needed so the cost was less than quotes I got other places.
They repaired a recall. They also fixed the driver side front door as a courtesy.
Richie was awesome! He was a great help and got me started in my new Bronco!
