I spoke with an assistant who collected my information and scheduled a consultation with Ms. Hoffman. I was given a specific day and time, but on the day of the consultation, I never received a phone call or any form of correspondence. I left a voicemail and followed up with multiple phone calls, but no one ever got back to me. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service.
