Excellent Service – Excellent service at the Clifton Park facility - in spite of the heavy volume of customers. The crew did and excellent job - in and outside - of the vehicle. I always use the ultimate full service during the winter months.
Great Customer Service – I have received many many car washes from Hoffman's and have never experienced anything other than great customer service. I just got a wash today in Clifton Park and the crew did a great job. It is good to see folks having fun and being nice to customers. I work in a customer service field and appreciate kindness.
Not very satisfied... – Since I got my car serviced at Hoffmans, I have had nothing but problems. My service light hasn't gone off since I got the oil changed (it wasnt on before I got my oil changed) and I am now having all sorts of other problems. I only went there because everyone else was closed...now I know to wait until Monday to go elsewhere.
Customer Service: an oximoron? – Called to address an issue today and was very unimpressed with the Customer Service Manager-Rodney Bronson. His offer to issue me a refund only after I mail him the only leverage have seems to insult my intelligence.
Don't waste your money. – So, today I purchase a BOGO Ultimate In and Out wash with wheel package from Hoffman's. I am very disappointed. The outside was so-so, but the inside was virtually untouched. The mats were not vacuumed as promised and it looked like they hadn't even touched the inside of the door frame. I spoke to Rodney Bronson today the CSM and he told me to mail back the coupon and he will then refund my money.
