Frank is a complete scam artist. He poured our $20,000 driveway and within a couple months it was crumbling apart. He said he would come out to resolve the issue and instead he ghosted us and never showed up and stopped responding to all communications. STAY AWAY!! You will be very sorry for using him. He talks a big game and how honest he is and its the exact opposite. Hoffman Concrete should be out of business.
