I had a bad experience from this office in 2022. 1) Even tho I had an appointment, I waited for more than 30 mins. 2) After done with Tax return, I got a letter from IRS that some of thing they filed was wrong so they had to reduce my taxt return money. 3) So I contacted them by phone and email but they didnt respond back to me so I had to reach out couple times. 4) Finally they got back to me but they said they will check to see what is going on and after that never gotten back to me. . .
