Hoffman Car Wash in Oneonta is truly Best In Class!! The entire property is spotless every time I visit, and the staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they take great pride in their work and in the customer experience. Even the landscaping is beautifully maintained, which makes the whole property feel clean and inviting before you even pull in. Easily the best car wash experience locally and beyond!
I won't go back. The first time they bent my license plate. The second time I made the mistake of choosing line 1. It didn't move. 10 to 15 cars passed on lines 2 and 3 while we waited. Two workers were at line 1 compared to 2 and 3. Why, they explained line 1 is where they try to sell packages and people have a lot of questions. Go to Mirabitos. It's cheaper, no one handles your credit card, and you are wasting precious moments of your life while they do a sales pitch to everyone in front of you.
Does the job, but expensive.
