Great vacuums Clean and well maintained
I have been a loyal Hoffman Car Wash customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. While going through the car wash, the factory hood trim piece on my one-year-old vehicle blew off. I immediately reported the incident to the attendant and filed a claim. A location manager, Dom, informed me that the damage was not covered, but offered me two months of free car washes. While I appreciated the gesture, it did not address the damage to my vehicle. Excellent car wash and vacuum is very powerful in cleaning up inside the car. Staff is great in helping customers for any questions and ended up buying in monthly unlimited car wash.
I used the vacuum today at Hoffmans. Easy to use, always clean. Love that it's free to use!
