I have been a loyal Hoffman Car Wash customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. While going through the car wash, the factory hood trim piece on my one-year-old vehicle blew off. I immediately reported the incident to the attendant and filed a claim. A location manager, Dom, informed me that the damage was not covered, but offered me two months of free car washes. While I appreciated the gesture, it did not address the damage to my vehicle.
