Terrible customer service, glad to cancel my membership. Disappointed because the facilities and services offered are nice. Rude employees all around, recommend taking your money elsewhere for car washes.
I really don’t need someone pushing the buttons on the screen and making the decisions for me. Also telling me to pull forward with a car 2 inches from me in line (not in the building yet) is kind of annoying.
Went through to get the truck washed and paid 25$ for a single wash and when I got through my door had dirt and all types of shit on it and the wheel wells looked like they never even went through the damn wash. You guys are scamming people
