I had the unlimited wash for a month and went through the wash about 8-10 times. It did a good job of cleaning the car, but it would always use the brushes even though I had it set to touchless. I had the underbody wash option but that did not do very much, the underside of my car was still dirty after. The main reasons I ended up canceling my subscription is the wash gets so backed up it takes about 20 minutes to go through during the busier times, and it would always buckle my roof with the dryers. Scratched up my paint. They act like it couldn't possibly be their fault. Also my car didnt even come out clean. This is not a car wash. These are thieves. I can not find a good car wash.. amazing
My father bought me an unlimited (90 days) car wash for Chrsitmas. I was sent the QR code. When I went to the car wash for the first time on Upper Front St. in Binghamton, the lady scanned the QR code and put a sticker on my windshield that their camera is supposed to scan, so it opens the gate automatically. It has never scanned, not once! I beeped my horn, someone came out, I explained the situation and he opened the gate and just said the camera may not be working.
