I have been a loyal Hoffman Car Wash customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. While going through the car wash, the factory hood trim piece on my one-year-old vehicle blew off. I immediately reported the incident to the attendant and filed a claim. A location manager, Dom, informed me that the damage was not covered, but offered me two months of free car washes. While I appreciated the gesture, it did not address the damage to my vehicle. We went today and we asked for touch free and she said ok. She still ran the wash with the briefed and it scratched my truck. It's a brand new 2026 truck its not even a week old.
