I bought a brand new car less than a year ago, since I got the car I have had a Hoffman Carwash membership and have loved the service I got. I usually go to the Oriskany Blvd location but I visited the Black River Blvd location last month. The car wash scratched my car, and I know it was the car wash because I take excellent care of my car and check before and after every wash.
