So disappointed with my last car wash. I paid over $50 for the inside and out full treatment, and come to find out, they didn't even vacuum under the mats!! The prices have increased tremendously, which everything has, so not unexpected, but the service definitely did not keep up with the increase - in fact it's worse.
The facility was fine. However it seemed like a bad neighborhood.
Beware: Hoffman’s drive through automatic car wash on central avenue in Albany has faulty tracks and sensors! Caused car to rear end us on Saturday! The track stopped pushing our car forward and started bucking my car. The sensors did not stop the tracks and pushed the women behind us into my car causing bumper damage and our rim was damaged as the car bucked and scraped on the track. They have been less than helpful, trying to blame us and it does not look like they will pay to have the car fixed. They even have it on video... read more
