Everyone working there is very polite and helpful. Reasonable prices, got a full walkthrough on the machine before the big purchase!
I contacted them and got a response immediately. Their customer service was stellar, working with Mike and the technician, was a joy! They fixed the problem with my Stitchmaster sewing machine, and I was ecstatic that they were willing to work on it. My only regret was that I didn’t buy a Juki machine from them instead of the stitch master from Tandy Leather. Thanks for an overall great experience. I would highly recommend them for both service and sales❤️❤️
