My Wife and I really needed an eye exam. Used the "Make an Appointment" feature on their website. This feature states: "Please take a moment to request an appointment and a member of our staff will be in touch with you shortly to schedule and confirm your appointment." After using this feature, no one got "in touch" with us that day, or the day after, or ever.
Got my eye glasses adjusted again, and always great service.!
I have always had a great experience there. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond!
