Karly is amazing to work with. I just got my Escape repaired from an accident and she was able to handle everything quickly and efficiently. The insurance company from the other driver did not agree with the estimate at first because they do photo claims but she was able to get someone in person the next day and they came to an agreement with me there. The only complaint I have is with the receptionist at the front desk and the enterprise driver that met me there. They seem to be friends outside of work and because of that t... read more
Everyone was very friendly and nice. Wesley was especially helpful with helping me to decide what was necessary to get done to meet my needs met without pushing me to get extra cosmetic things done.
Karly was great! My car is running perfect and looks great! Hoffman has always stayed consistent throughout all of their years in business!
A deer hit my car so I decided to get it towed here. This was a huge job to get my car fully repaired. Karly and her team were amazing. She set up the towing and dealt with the insurance. From start to finish- the communication was great, and the end result was like there was no damage or accident at all. Karly even had my car running with the AC, ready for me to drive upon pick up! These personal touches are what keeps customers coming back. Thank you all so much!!
