Excellent in every way. Car looks great. West was awesome.
I just received my Audi back after a T- Bone and it looks phenomenal; the paint match is impeccable. Wes and Cassandra were excellent with communication and overall support, especially when it came to dealing with the other parties stubborn insurance. I highly recommend Hoffman for all auto body repairs. Please communicate the recognition to Wes’s and Cassandra. Thank you all.
If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. The only issue I have is I would have loved more communication from them about my car status, instead of me constantly calling them. When I did call, Cassandra was fantastic and returned a call very promptly. Cassandra helped me in many ways. She did not make me feel dumb for asking, what might have been seen as obvious questions, and stayed calm and assuring when I was starting to stress that I was hitting my max time with the rental.
I had the best experience getting my car fixed at the Hoffman Collision Center! They restored my car to brand new after my accident. Pick up and drop off of a rental car from the nearby Enterprise was super easy, they kept me up to date on the work being done on my car, and seamlessly coordinated with the insurance company. The team here is truly excellent. I am so grateful!
I am incredibly satisfied with the auto body work done by Hoffman Auto Body. Seth made the entire process effortless and smooth. He communicated frequently and effectively throughout the project.
