I had a terrible experience with Hoffman Collision Center from start to finish. When I made my appointment, I clearly explained that my vehicle had been stolen, a key was missing, and the inside was a mess from someone joyriding in it. I told them I needed replacement keys and a thorough detail because I was disgusted thinking about someone else driving the car I use to transport my kids. My car looks brand new now, incredible customer service, everyone was so friendly and patient. Seth was very communicative and worked with me to get my desired level of work done on the car.
Hoffman Collision Center did a very good job fixing my 2015 BMW and working with the insurance company to ensure all issues taken care of.
Excellent to work with. Handled everything through my insurance company in a timely manner. Kept in touch w/ me keeping me updated on the progress of my car.
Awesome experience after an unfortunate encounter with a deer! Tyler and the Hoffman team worked with the Travelers team, kept us apprised of progress and delivered the repaired vehicle in excellent condition. I give both teams my reccomendation.
