The entire team was great, but Melissa was the easiest point person ( fair defense she was the only contact : )) We hit deer sadly and were 300 miles from home to which they towed our car from lake placid to Boston. They made the insurance process which is tough a better experience. I would highly recommended with any and everything!! Than you Hoffman towing!!!
Amazing service. Check engine light came on while traveling. Car was worked in and help was offered. *You do need an appt.
On vacation, my vehicle had a no start problem. The techs at Hoffman ran down the issue, provided a detailed explanation of all the tests and findings by phone and text. They got my vehicle back to me in two days so I could use it to get home with an on time departure. I could not be happier with their system. With that said, this is not your usual shop.
