Communicating with them via text (their preference) is actually way easier than working over the phone and they are usually very responsive and kept me updated during each service visit. On both visits my needs were addressed and no follow up visits were required (work done right the first time). Glad to have a good service option in town when we are here. Absolutely the best - slid off steep driveway at remote cabin rental on a Friday February evening, with major snow storm, almost lost the truck. One call - sent some pics, set a time for morning. 12 inches of snow in the morning, plow service cleared access to truck. Get a call from Hoffman's driver with 10-15 min ETA, right on time like they said.
