Gabriel has been the best person to deal with when it comes to servicing your vehicle at Audi in New London, very attentive and knowledgeable in every aspect of the car and its needs. Updating to 1 star. I wish I could leave 0. In the past I had good experiences. Today I brought my car in for a tire leaking air and left with a scratch on my car directly over the area they were working on. Sean the manager at the service department refused to take accountability and did not act professional on the phone. I did not ask them to fix it, all I wanted was an apology.
