Needed to tell our car in to Hoffman. Our service representative, Athena, set us up to have car delivered a day ahead to make sure vehicle arrived on time for tech to inspect. Repairs took la little longer than expected, but Athena was able to provide a loaner vehicle, making the repair timeline work. Questions were promptly addressed throughout the repair process as our vehicle was inspected. As expected, my latest service experience met expectations. Robert apologized for the brief backlog when I arrived as multiple cars were getting signed in ahead of me. Service was completed at the short end of the estimated time, which is always positive. Only improvement would have been not needing to adjust my seat as it was set for someone at least a half foot taller!
