This entire business is a joke! They hire rude people to talk to u like ur crazy and then when u go off on them they let u go lol! The Johnny cake office the white lady with the purple glasses is rude asf she spoke to me like a dog in the streets then when I asked if she had a fucking problem she wants to be scared! I would NEVER have a baby with this practice again, and I would urge any woman to go elsewhere. They completely botched my newborn son’s circumcision. We now have to see a specialist and my poor baby has to go through a painful procedure to correct it. I’ve reached out to the doctor that performed it, and she has yet to even respond to us. Good: IDK Bad: If you're a normal gyno patient they don't care. I have been calling and asking about the same problems for A YEAR I have only ever spoken to anyone on the phone twice. Once I scheduled a virtual appointment, the doctor called a half-hour late and only attempted to call back ONCE. I immediately returned her call and got a message that the office was on lunch. Teresa A. Hoffman lacks professionalism, empathy, and reflective listening. It is very sad that she is the lead physician in this practice as she has created an environment that is not conducive to the well-being of the patients that are served based on her rude, insensitive, condescending, horrible bedside manner and "jenny from the block" attitude.
