Hard man to deal with I provided brand new dealer parts for A/C repair. He states that he found one of the parts was broken inside the box. He never called to tell me about this and went ahead and installed the broken/defective part. He says he did not have time to call me and get a different part. He says he showed the part to another employee so she would be a witness that he did not break it. BBB complaint went no where. He will do nothing. I would NEVER trust them again! I bought a 98 Dodge Caravan from Hofferts Jan 27th 2011 and I made sure I asked him if it was a safe van for my kids, He claimed it was safe and ran great, and put ALOT of new stuff in it. We bought it, and the 1st day, my tires seized up, He came and got it-and had it all weekend-Had to cut my Emergency Brake, Then a few days later, Im on the highway, and all my dash lights come on, and all the gauges go dead...I pull over, and call him (Bob) and he tells me drive it 25 minutes to his shop...... read more
