I heard that they used to be very good and took a chance on them to install one window in our bedroom no one would ever answered the phone our call me back so I had to go there to see what’s going on we had discussed lowering the window to make it egress many times but when they were finished they said they never said that and the person that works upfront started screaming that he never said that very unprofessional and terrible customer service I would stay clear of this company they have problems
John and Chris and Ryan. Great team. They made and installed 4 5x5 windows. Very professional and courteous. I’ll be first in line at Hoffer Glass for my next window project!
