I heard that they used to be very good and took a chance on them to install one window in our bedroom no one would ever answered the phone our call me back so I had to go there to see what’s going on we had discussed lowering the window to make it egress many times but when they were finished they said they never said that and the person that works upfront started screaming that he never said that very unprofessional and terrible customer service I would stay clear of this company they have problems

Hoffer supplied the windows for a house we had constructed in 2015. We are very pleased with the fiberglass-framed windows, and we are especially pleased with Hoffer’s post-installation service. When one of the picture windows lost it’s seal in 2019, Hoffer replaced it free of charge and no questions asked. Very nice!
Very professional with great work, highly recommend.
