Hoffenbacker's did a great job on my LVP and carpet installation. They were very prompt and the installers were there when they said they'd be. I would highly recommend using them for your flooring needs.
Very professional and sell the best products.
I am very happy with my carpet and the installation. However as mentioned there communication is terrible. I called numerous C times being told I I’ll get right back to you and only once did they actually return my call. Usually I had to call back multiple times again Being told we will get right back to you. Also big 0…. We ordered and paid for memory foam pad…. Luckily I was there when install started.
