Sue Gallitelli the office manager was professional, courteous, polite and empathetic regarding our needs. Ms. Gallitelli took the time to explain everything and was willing to work out a plan with us. She did as stated she would do the next business day by forwarding the video and the invoice. She left a message saying call if there was a problem and what to look out for. Hoff & Bros. were excellent! We had clogged main drain trap outside the house. We had to dig down almost 6’ feet to get to the drain. Our regular plumber balked on the schedule and Hoff & Bros. came out to clean out the trap and estimate the replacement drain on a Sunday. They cleared out the trap, so we at least had the ability to use water in the house. They returned at agreed upon time on Monday morning with all the correct parts.
