Kept vehicle for months, when took test drive it stopped pulling self. Kept again, I eventually said enough, when went to pickup with trailer found out through staff that my new optima battery had been taken out without my permission and was gone! It went to court, he lost and was ordered to pay cost in full. It’s now been several years and haven’t seen a penny. I tried to be nice and keep my money local, so much for honesty/integrity .
My car sat there for months without even being touched. Had to fight to get my money back and get my car out there. They lie to customers and are very unprofessional.
John Hoff took 1185.00 from my daughter to rebuild transmission in her van. Said it would take a week. Dozens of phone calls and trips to his shop, full of lies and excuses. Almost 4 weeks later, pretty much had to make him give van back. Transmission still slipping. Can almost guarantee he didnt even touch it. Looked John Hoff up on casenet and BBB. Bad news.
