We had a great experience with George from Hoerst. We had them repair two areas where there was ceiling water damage. The quality of work was great, and he made us feel very comfortable to have him in our home for 2 days. Pricing was fair and we felt we got good value. The only note I would have is that the communication in setting up the project was slow and could be better, but in the end we are happy with how things went!
We are so incredibly grateful for the talented artists that just completed a multi room plaster repair job. Everything was completed beyond our expectations. Beautiful work. We appreciated the honesty on a few repairs that needed additional attention and all of the helpful information we received as each room was started/completed. George is a wealth of knowledge and truly an artist. His support staff was amazing as well. The job was finished in a timely manner and each room was left so clean! Highly recommend!
Delayed review from interaction in Nov 2023 - Called & left a voicemail to request an estimate on Nov 15. Received a call back on Nov 16 requesting pictures of the area where work needed to be done and provided the pictures via text (as requested) the morning of Nov 17. I then didn't get a single text or call saying they would get back to me or hear anything else until Nov 27 saying they would like to see it in person.
