Received a call back on Nov 16 requesting pictures of the area where work needed to be done and provided the pictures via text (as requested) the morning of Nov 17. I then didn't get a single text or call saying they would get back to me or hear anything else until Nov 27 saying they would like to see it in person. Failure to launch. Pictures, and text messages. One phone conversation. Person I talked with struck me as very young, and inexperienced. Too much of a hassle. Couldn't get them to come physically look at the job.
Professional services, good communication, and quick work. Everything I needed to resolve a serious stucco problem. Would definitely use them again.
