Friendly and efficient! Love my new washing machine!
I downsized from a king bed into a queen and wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Betty was wonderful in steering me in the right direction. The delivery was great. When the guys set up the new frame, it was missing an essential part. They took off to get the part and came right back (which is a far drive considering we're out in the sticks) and went on to finish the job right. Have been looking for a Speed Queen TR7 and shopped around. Hoelschers was the best priced and most friendly that I talked with. Their delivery fee was cheap in my opinion to my area and they hauled away my old washer. Bought the washer and it was delivered the next day, great communication by delivery driver and arrived exactly when he said he would.
